RETURNS POLICY
Customers may return a product provided they notify Sol Jaguar within 7 calendar days of receiving it.
This notification must be made by sending an email to tienda@soljaguar.com, including the Spanish word “devolución” (you may copy it from here) in the subject line.
All returns must be processed through UPS. The return must be completed within 7 calendar days from the date you received the product.
The shipping cost for the product return must be paid by you, unless the reason for the return is an error on our part.
Once the product is returned, we will examine its condition to verify that it is returned in the same condition in which it was sent. In such a case, a full refund of the price paid for the product will be issued. A partial refund will be issued if the product has suffered any decrease in value due to mishandling on your part. Any import taxes paid are not refundable.
For a proper product return, please use all the original packaging materials in which the product was delivered.
We will process the refund without undue delay, no later than 20 calendar days from the date we send you an email confirming the refund. In all cases, we will use the same payment method you used in the initial transaction for the refund.
