SHIPPING POLICY

Sol Jaguar commits to shipping your purchase no later than the second business day following your payment.

Purchased products will be delivered to the address you provided during the order payment process. All products will be delivered on business days.

Orders placed from a country different from the shipping destination country will be automatically canceled.

All our national and international shipments are handled by top-tier carriers. You will know the shipping cost before completing your purchase payment.

We offer free shipping to all our customers within Mexico, with no minimum purchase amount. For our customers within the contiguous United States (the 48 states located south of Canada plus the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Hawaii), free shipping applies to purchases of $220 USD or more.

When you enter your postal code, you will see the service options we make available to you. You should select your preferred option.

It is important that you identify the free service and select it correctly. If you mistakenly select a different option, click the "Change" button and choose the free option if that is what you intended. If you end up paying a shipping cost, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Whenever you reach this minimum amount, the free shipping option will appear as the first selection, showing a cost of "0.00". For shipments within Mexico, this option will appear as Domestic Ground Free Shipping. For shipments to the contiguous United States, this option will appear as International Free Shipping.

For domestic shipments with a cost, you will see the following two services available on screen (ordered from most to least economical): ‍Standard applies to door-to-door domestic shipments with guaranteed delivery on a defined day for parcel shipments within 2 to 5 business days, by end of day, in selected cities in Mexico. applies to door-to-door domestic shipments with guaranteed next-business-day delivery by end of day.

For international shipments with a cost, you will see the following three services available on screen (ordered from most to least economical):

Standard provides guaranteed delivery for ground parcel shipments within 3 to 7 business days, by end of day, from major cities in Mexico to the 48 contiguous United States. ‍Worldwide Expedited provides guaranteed delivery for parcel shipments within 2 to 5 business days, by end of day, to over 220 countries and territories worldwide. ‍Worldwide Saver provides: Guaranteed next-business-day delivery for parcel and document shipments by end of day in the United States and Canada. Guaranteed 2 to 3 business day delivery for parcel and document shipments by end of day in major metropolitan areas in Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa, and other destinations.

Upon receiving your purchase, you must check the following: 1) that the number of items being delivered matches what you purchased, and 2) that the package and its seals are intact, without visible damage, and have not been altered in any way.

Any damage to the package and/or product or any discrepancy in the number of items must be noted in writing on the company's delivery receipt. Once you have signed the delivery documentation without objection, you will no longer be able to raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the delivered package.
